I am Shuhaib Azeez, an experienced sports administrator, academic leader, physical education specialist, and sports organizer actively contributing to the development of sports and youth empowerment in Kerala. Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Physical Education at LBS Model Degree College, Parappanangadi, I have dedicated my career to promoting sports excellence, leadership, discipline, and holistic education among students and athletes. Alongside my academic responsibilities, I actively work in sports administration at district and state levels, helping shape policies, organize championships, and support athlete development programs.
My academic and professional journey has been strongly connected with sports, education, and athlete development.
Before becoming an administrator and educator, I was actively involved as a football player. My playing experience helped shape my understanding of sports science, team management, leadership, athlete psychology, performance development, and competition management. The lessons learned on the field continue to guide my work as an educator, administrator, and sports organizer.
